Computershare Section 16 Manager is the preferred solution for regular filers

More filings per Issuer compared to the other major filing providers

July 7, 2011 - Statistics from the SEC EDGAR database show that for the first half of 2011 Computershare Section 16 Manager clients averaged over forty filings each.  That average is more than double compared to the other big three filing providers.

Section 16 Manager provides a suite of tools that aid in the preparation, submission and analysis of SEC forms 3, 4 and 5.  Much more than just a form filing tool, Issuers can receive data from their brokers or plan managers, have that data automatically mapped to the forms, review the forms prior to submission and then mass submit to the EDGAR system.  Even without the integration piece, our simplistic wizard approach guides a user through the filing process in a matter of minutes.  All data is captured at the transaction level to allow for follow up quarterly, year-end or ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
