BoardWorks app now available for download from iTunes Store®

May 24, 2011 - Computershare’s board portal solution is now available as a free download from the Apple® iTunes Store®.

Existing BoardWorks clients can now push out the app to their board members who wish to access their materials via the popular iPad®.

All of the standard BoardWorks functionality is available via the app.  Additionally it provides for easier navigation options and quicker access to your associated PDF viewer, where documents can be reviewed and annotated as needed.

Andrew Moore, Head of CGS North America said, “there has been unprecedented demand for a dedicated iPad app version of BoardWorks and I am very pleased we are able to launch one to meet that demand.  iPads and other tablets definitely enhance the experience for directors when accessing materials.  They provide a simple and very convenient interface for on and offline viewing of materials.”

BoardWorks is also compatible with other mobile devices including Windows 7 tablets, Android devices and the Blackberry PlayBook.
