CGS Strengthens Benelux Presence
LONDON - April 8, 2010 - Computershare Governance Services (CGS), the world's leading provider of entity management and board portal solutions, has entered into a Partnership Agreement with Netherlands-based Askival Systems Ltd for sale of its products in the region.
Askival Systems has a strong pedigree and history of providing corporate governance services to the Benelux region; its flagship product, Group Vision, is broadly recognised on the market and is used by a large number of international companies.
From today, Askival will be promoting CGS's products GEMS and BoardWorks, offering companies the option of a sophisticated governance solution which is managed and supported locally. Companies in the Benelux region will have access to a broader range of products and services; and organisations requiring a web-based global system with extensive functionality and worldwide helpdesk services can now take advantage of Computershare's robust products.
CGS will further enhance its operations in Benelux, continuing to develop systems that are appropriate to the market, ensuring a best in class service to companies in the region.
