Datacare Software Group (DSG) Launches Version 4.0 of Global Corporate Manager
DSG once again raises the bar for entity management software
NEW YORK, NY - May 5, 2005 - Datacare Software Group is very pleased to announce the release and availability of version 4.0 of its market leading entity management solution, Global Corporate Manager (GCM). The new version was recently revealed to DSG clients at its fourth Annual Client Conference in South Carolina.
GCM was the very first web based entity management solution to be launched on to the global markets back in 2000. Since then it has set the standards that others have attempted to emulate in the constantly evolving field of entity management and subsidiary governance software.
This latest version continues to break new ground with a suite of features and options that further allows DSG clients to more efficiently manage their legal entities, deliver productivity gains, expand the use of the software into additional departments and importantly better control the processes that shape their subsidiary governance and entity life-cycle management strategies. Some of the specific changes include:
- Expanded multi-jurisdictional rules engine and international data management options
- New Screen Manager and Navigation Menu Manager
- Extended library of international statutory forms, including those for Hong Kong, Australia, The Netherlands and other jurisdictions (now over 400 in total)
- New Tax and Financial details section
- Improved searching and ad-hoc reporting engine
- Updated EDGAR filings for Section 16 forms 3, 4 and 5 (all with no filing fees)
- Newly revised Hart-Scott-Rodino reports
- New wizards for Cessation of an Entity and production of various European forms
